Last week was just a lost week. I felt like I had jet-lag or vacation-lag or something like it. Everyday we slept in late and we walked around in some sort of sleepy fog. This week I’ve resolved to do better. Of course I started out today by getting up bright and early. I made the man a hot breakfast and cooked him up some lunch. I made sure he had everything for his day. I checked all my internet haunts.
And then I went back to bed.

So now it’s 10:30 am and the boys and I are just getting started. I’ve fixed some scrambled eggs and Canadian bacon and soon we will be off to do some back to school shopping.

Yesterday I did actually accomplish something. I formatted and uploaded my Sideswept pattern. It’s now for sale!

This easy lace pattern makes the most of multi-colored yarns by sweeping the colors to and fro to break up pooling and add interest.

Worked up in SugarbeeStudios Politically Incorrect in Silk/Merino Sock in the Nice Melons colorway, this pattern was the June 2009 pattern for the sock club.

This sock is worked cuff down, magic-loop style. But the pattern is easily adaptable to dpns.
