But not something blue. Something rosey. Beautiful shades of rose, hand-dyed specifically for me and this project by SugarbeeStudios. Because she is made of awesome. She mixes stuff up, throws it in the pot, stirs it around with a cheshire cat-like grin on her face, and pulls out something amazing. Isn’t it gorgeous?
And here is a sneak peek of what’s going on. I’m finishing writing the pattern right now, and the test knitters are already waiting (squee!). I’m writing it to be suitable for beginning lace knitters, and to use one skein of 400-yardish fingering weight (sock) yarn. I’m gonna try to talk Sugarbee into making more of this, because oh my goodness with the beautiful.
Looks beautiful already! Can’t wait to see what it will grow up to be!
That yarn is so yummy!!! The pattern looks lovely, too…can’t wait to see the end product.
