On my twitter profile, I state that I have “more ideas than time.” It’s so true. There are at least 3 projects I’d love to do before TNNA. Just for the record, I leave for TNNA (The National Needleworks Association show) in 10 days. Three projects ain’t happening. But one thing at least is…
This is the yarn for the start of my new collection. It’s Soy Beautiful Fingering by Our Humble Castle and it has a sheen and a hand like you wouldn’t believe. So soft and lovely. I’ve had an idea for a while for a shawlette and this yarn is perfect for it.
You can’t really tell much from the set-up rows, but trust me it’s going to be lovely and interesting to knit. My favorite kind of project. So if you want to get ahead of the game, you should order yourself some soy fingering in a semi-solid shade that speaks to you. And watch this space for the first to be released of the Seven Sonnets.
Don’t forget, if you ever need a sample knit up, I AM at home now. Just saying…
Also, I’m just starting my third repeat of chart 2 on Cassian, and I can’t stop spreading it out to look at it. It is SUCH a gorgeous design!
