Double-Take Anklets

Some people get really fussy about making things match. Like self-patterning yarns. Certain things I like all matchy-matchy, but socks I tend to make mis-matched on purpose. Like these.

These are my very own pattern, Double-Take Anklets. It’s written on size 4 needles for sport-weight yarn. I used Fortissima Socka Teddy. So squishy and nice. You can work them top-down with a gusseted heel, or toe-up with a short row heel. DPN’s or magic loop, although I am biased towards the toe-up magic loop!

You wanna make some? You can download the free pattern here or head on over to Ravelry (the fabulous time-suck that it is) and get the pattern and more deets there as well.

I’m a fraternal sock knitter too! We should all start a gang.
